I don’t really think that Zoe should trust them because they and the and land look and seemed very suspicious. Dooby was a child and got to be the boss of a land he was very bossy too.The only people on the land were kids and one grown-up.I don’t think the children felt good and was helped or safe with Dooby as captain.

How did Dooby get to be the boss of the land?

What: This week I have been learning what the author is thinking and reading a story called white story.The main purpose the author wrote was the brown people are important to.

So What:It helps to understand what the author is thinking. 
We can understand the text and the point of view beyond surface features of the story.This story got me thinking about how other people need help about what they say to others.
