Do you know why the Moon looks different every night? The Moon’s appearance changes over time each night because of the way the moon is facing. The Moon is a grey faint & white looking asteroid.
Moon’s orbit around the Earth
The Moon’s orbit around the Earth is tilted from our orbit around the Sun which the Sun is made out of heat and light.All parts of the Moon are lit in turn by the Sun. The moon is also the easiest celestial object also known as (A HEAVENLY OBJECT) to find in the night sky.
Phases of the Moon
The Moon has 8 phase and it takes 1 month for the Moon too do all of them. The Moon’s phase are -New moon, Waxing crescent, First quarter, Waxing gibbous, Full moon, Waning gibbous, Last quarter and Waning crescent.The lunar month is the 29.53 days it takes to go from one new moon to the next say WHAT.
The Moons reflect
The Moon shines because it reflects light that has come from the sun. It does not make it our light.The Moon takes 28 days to move around the earth.As it moves,the Moon seen to charge shape.When it is a new Moon we can’t see it at all.
